CW Machine aborting mid-project

Thank you to everyone for suggestions and comments. I re-formatted the card AND purchased the largest UPS I could find (1500VA - 900W) to condition the power. Between the two, I've made it through two mpc's without the machine aborting or acting weird. I am back to making wood dust...

I spoke too soon. It is still aborting occasionally. I guess I'm going to have to live with a "machine with a personality" (at least until whatever is wrong causes a hard failure). I am really not sure what else to do. I can't really address the issue with support because it is not a "hard" failure which I can duplicate on demand.

Well... it finally failed. Machine simply went dead shortly into a project and would not reboot or power up. Power supply and controller are both shipped off to support for testing.
