    New material well new to me anyway I used some colored plywood. The picture is the carving as it came off the machine no sanding.

    That came out pretty cool! Did you find it at retail or purchase it online?

    Are you saying the different layers in the plywood are colored? Either way that came out very nice.

    Yes the layers are different colors they make gun stocks out of it. Here is a picture of another color I cut into staves and turned on my lathe.

    yes its, https://www.cwp-usa.com/ it is not cheep I buy it when its on sale.

    Thank you for sharing. I've never seen this stuff before. Very interesting. I am going to hold off showing this to the wife since I already see several projects she will be asking for.
