    Default Board sensor error

Having trouble getting machine to measure the board. I think that the temperature in my garage is to low. 55 degrees and below. Just got the machine out of the shop at LHR. Carved six small signs one night and now the machine does not want to pull the board through to measure it. Gives me board sensor error.
Is it the temperature? Or do I need to contact LHR again. I live in Houston so its easy to take it back

What are the sensor readings when you do the sensor check?

You can warm up the machine by placing a space heater in front of it.
