Default Maintenance after 3 Year Layoff

I will lube everything that moves I can find and dust up/blow off
good. It has been covered. Anything else I should do/take care
    of before firing up again?

Check the head pressure! Run it through the axis tests 0, 8 from the main menu. Have it do a board measurement to verify the accuracy for width and length. If you do not already have a dust collection attachment, GET ONE!

Remove the flex shaft and relube, sitting would allow the lube to dry out and harden. Lube the four corner posts as well.

And lube the vertical screw shafts whenever you lube the corner shafts.
