Z axis stall E06-0313

Hello CW World.

Bought this machine used and have carved two small "play" projects, then it broke.

BORING BACKGROUND
Skip this if you like.
I got a "Board Sensor Error". I took low PSI too it and it didn't fix it. I removed the board sensor and cleaned the little lens. Upon putting it back in, I pinched the wires and broke one. Then I had a nightmare of removing the red locktite on the adjustable bearings. Broke both screws.

WHERE I'M AT NOW
New board sensor installed
New board sensor wire installed
Board sensor reads 154
Turn the machine on and I get "Z axis stall E06-0313"
The Z axis is VERY hard to move up and down. I have no idea if it was like that before or not.

I have read about a small cable that could be broken.

Should I be looking at the small white wire or should I be concerned about how difficult it is to move up and down?

I think you should worry about why the truck is hard to move up and down. It makes sense it would give a z stall. Rollers too tight?

I did not touch the Z axis bearings.

Does the bearing on the Z axis actually touch the metal?

With the machine off, the truck should move quite easily. (The motor offers resistance if the machine is on.)

If your machine was off and it was that hard to move, you need to find out why. Is it the motor system or is it the rollers. Are all the rollers turning? Is there stress on the belt when you move the truck?
