Transfer cutout pattern from SolidWorks

I have a piece sketched out in Solidworks that I would like to "import" somehow into a project file for a cutout. Does anyone know if this can be done?

I am not familiar with solidworks but if you can save the piece in stl or obj format you may have a chance. If its a vector format you will need dxf format. Last recourse is to render the piece and take to a graphics program to prep to import as an image into designer. The first two processes require stl import or dxf import add-ons.
