    Default Cheese knife progression

    I was looking for ways to use up short pieces of stock (some call it scrap&#129299 so I thought I’d see if I could make a cheese knife. Ran a piece of maple through the band saw and router. Then I thought it’d be cool to have walnut handles. Then —I could personalize it—hmmm—why not just use the CW for the whole thing!?
