Although they said it wouldn't be available to ship until after the 2nd, it arrived yesterday. Now, if you are like me, I usually lose the instructions that come with my devices. To help overcome this poor habit I try to download a digital copy from the manufacturer right after I have made a copy. If you would like to download your own copy of the eTape16 you can do it here:
