Organizing pattern folder

Could someone please let me know how to create sub folders in the patterns folder. When trying to do it in the software I have been going into my favorites folder after making the pattern folder visible and right clicking and hitting "new" which creates a new "category" I guess, but not a new sub folder which I can put patterns in. Appreciate any help.

After you make the new category you can then add/move patterns into it. Once you do that the + sign will be in front of the category name. You can also make new subfolders in it by right clicking and new.
