    Default New USAF Box

    All,

Thought I would share this image, took a while to merge imaging and get a good output! Prototype set for 24 x 32." Of course I will have to split it down the middle, but it can be done.

Very cool. My local base wood shop does this on their 8 ft bed cnc machine for shadow boxes.

Is that what you will be using it for? They churn a lot of them out.

oscarl 48, Thank you for letting me know where to look. I think that I found what they like.

Hard to see in the picture, but are the stripes and the circle recessed a bit? If so, it would be awesome to add an additional pattern for some inlay pieces so you can offset the woods. I've made a few MSgt and CMSgt stripe shadow boxes and have done it, it looks amazing. However, I did all my by hand with a router, and the help of a laser engraver to mark lines.
