    Default Please Load Board

I am receiving the message please load board after the machine does the homing. I have taken off the keypad, cleaned everything, cleaned lens multiple times. Not sure what else to do!! Even removed lens and cleared all the sawdust from inside. Any other ideas or suggestions??? Please help

This is a problem with the roller switches. One of the roller switches is not "clicking" when you lower the head down onto the board. Listen for the clicks. Push the rollers up by hand and see if they click.

They seem to be clicking. Tried, taking rollers off adjusting and cleaning behind and around the springs. Still getting the same message

With a board loaded what does the sensor readings say for the compression rollers?

Go to the sensor check in the menu. You will be able to see if switches stay open when rollers are depressed.

When this happens I always raise the head go to 0, 7, curser down twice and reach I and squeeze the rollers a bunch of times until they start to register compressed.
