It is probably do to the size of the text. You might try making the text bold or use raster.

I will try making it bold its weird because I have made this before with a different name and it worked fine
You might also try moving the design above up a bit and move lettering up just a bit along with a bold setting. Nice sign!
its funny you say that I moved the design up and I made the lettering a little bigger and made sure it was bold I haven't had time to carve it yet.
I tried my hand at it , I changed the text to bold, 60deg bit, and conform and reduced the size to fit the bottle.
it seems to be deeper

I have often wondered why it is that
Conservatives are called the "right" and Liberals are called the "left".
"The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of
the fool to the left."
The mpc looks fine to me. Are you sure the V bit touched the bit plate?
Yes it carved everything fine except the Flanagan on the bottle. It carved it bit it was very shallow you couldn't see it good at all.
Yours seems to be a lot deeper
Check the bit assigned. The 60 will carve deeper than the 90 on the same font. The bit will go deep enough to fully make the line width.
