I just saw on CNN last night that the hurricane and subsequent flooding hit Pasadena directly. I hope everyone at LHR is safe and dry.

I agree, Steve. The whole area sure looks bad...

Yes Pasadena and neighboring areas are under water. This is a link to a FaceBook video showing Connie's area. The water covers most of the lower floors of each house. She and Phil are at Chris's place. Last pictures I've seen of the creek that sits about 20-30 feet below his house showed the creek up to the swimming pool next to the house.

Appreciate the update! My heart goes out to Connie and Phil, they are such great people! Glad they are safely at Chris's and hope water does not rise higher. Prayers go out to them.
Thanks, I was afraid they would get hit hard. Prayers up for all.
This is unreal damage, wish my best to all involved. Make a guy glad he is up in snow land.
Thank you for the news about Connie and Phil!!! Hoping that Chris's house stays safe for them. I have been wondering how they were doing down there. Sending prayers down for them all to stay safe>
Best wishes to all affected.
