Not sure how to do 2 sided carve

Hi All,

I hope one of you wake up very happy This Morning................SOMEONE WON THE POWERBALL......Too bad it wasn't me. LOL, I would like to know if I can flip my carve so I can put name of fish 7 Carve date. I have tried what I thought however it didn't work. I would appreciate any help you can send my way.
