    Default First Project in months....

Yes, I've been lazy for a long time. But my excuse now is that I'm in the process of re-arranging the shop. Moving air compressor, dust collector, and two of the CarveWrights. Just starting to put it all back together but running new duct work and air lines will take time. Don't even have much time to design anything new. The attached is a plaque that I finished carving just before starting demolishing the shop.

Cool, great design & painting. Especially like the blocks at the bottom. Good luck with the shop, seems like we all decide to 'improve' them at times. Not sure which is worse, using it knowing it could be better or the mess of tearing it apart.

    Sharon,

Nice work on the plaque, an item to be treasured for many years!! Workshop sounds like an ambitious project, but well worth the time and effort.

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm kind of like the alcoholic.... no alcohol equals depression. Myself.... no carving equals depression. But, once things are put back together I have wood that I'd forgotten I even had. I can do a lot of carving.

    Hi Sharon

Great job on the plaque! Love the theme, layout and colors!

I think I'm a Sharon-aholic...if I don't get regular doses of your project photos, I start getting depressed.

Thanks, Michael. I'm currently working on another "fish" pattern for my fence. Hope the pattern and the machines being put back together come together soon.
