Pattern Help with Logo

My nephew is in the process of opening up a new business and I want to surprise him with a plaque for his new shop. He and his wife are busy setting up shop, website and so forth.
so I thought the least I could do is give him a carving he would appreciate. thanks for any help ... John

Here is what I came up with. I could not figure out the exact font that was used so left it off. To add it just add a circle or curve and decorate with text.

The image was asymmetrical so attempted to follow the logo. So not a true circle when you add the font.

I think the font you are looking at is Hadrian Bold, if not it is very close.

That explains it. I don't have that font installed on my computer.
