    Default Possible dead controller

Not sure yet if the controller is dead, haven't had time to troubleshoot. Went to see about ordering one if needed and found I needed to submit the Serial No. of the machine. Just for grins I searched through my account on Carvewright , did not find it and don't have it written down. Did I miss something? How can I get the serial # from a dead machine?

It should be on a label on the bottom back of the machine

It is your machine serial number. When they send you a new one the flash the controller with your machine ID.

Remember the CARD must be in the machine to get the controller to work...
