Default Cable replacement tips and tricks?

Anyone have any advice in threading the LCD cable through the frame. I have done it once before but don't remember exactly how and am having a difficult time getting it through this time. Appreciate any tips or tricks. Thanks... John

fw, Appreciate the quick reply. That is not the same cable but I may find that useful and needed before I am finished. In the meantime, I finally was able to thread the one even though I am sure I wasn't doing it properly. Thanks again.
