Default Making a cutout area from sketched lines and an arc

Well, I have forgotten how to do this. The attach project has a sketch I made with three connecting lines, and finishing with an arc. I can't figure out how to make this a cut path. The outline tool and cutout tool are both grayed out. I know this is simple, so can anyone refresh my memory?

With your lines selected go to "view" "toggle non end points" The two on the bottom right are not closed.

Duh, so simple. As I said, I am just relearning. Thanks!
