Default What I have been up to

For the last three years, I have had no time for carving or even working within my shop. I, with a little help have been building a barn (maybe even a new shop inside). It is 30'x50' with 12' sides and 21' to the peak. Basically I have had another person helping me up until the siding went on. Then it has all been myself painting, building the sliding doors, hanging them, putting on trim and just last week I installed the side door. This has taken up all my spare time (well other than when my grandson spends the weekend with me)
Over the next few post I will show the progress. This spring I will finish the bottoms sealing the barn, and I hope to trench and install the electric service.

Last group only a couple. I hope to get back to carving if not this year next. Also tear down that mobile and removed it.

    Eddie,

Super cool but man that looks like a lot of work. Glad you have been staying busy.

    Eddie,

Great looking barn (you better get that woodshop in there)! Thanks for sharing what you have been up.

Thanks everyone, Floyd and others have seen these images on FB as I posted them. Oscar, yes a lot of work and a whole lot more to go. It was built to have a second floor, but that is low on the list right now. Electric is high on the list, and finishing the outside bottom on three sides.
