    Default technique

    I have a carve region that has a surface applied to it, Lets say bumps. is there a way to put a picture on top of that surface and not have the bump surface show on it, The picture?

    Is the picture it's own pattern? If so just place it on the bumps and the bumps will not show thru.

    Make your carve region clip exclusive.

    It is a picture I took and imported , I placed it on bumps and the picture had the bumps on it.

    Did you try applying clip carving:exclusive to the bump surface?

    Lower the height of the bumps and set the depth of the picture to a shallower depth such as 0.17
