Thread: front cover replacement

  1. Default front cover replacement

How do you replace the front cover? When mine came back from the factory, it was broken, and they sent a replacement.

    Thanks,
    Ron

You will need to remove the head cover first http://www.carvewright.com/assets/se...head_cover.pdf

It is best to disconnect the power connection to the cut motor so that you can lay the cover upside down. There are two screws on each end of the cover that hold the hinge pins in place. It should be obvious once you get the cover off.

You will need a smaller Philips screwdriver, a #1 is the size you will need.
