    Default Desk Name Signs

I made these for my veterinarian and his wife. The wood is Oak and the grain in oriented vertically so they are less apt to break. The names are mounted in a slot in the base secured with 5 minute epoxy and #4 brass screws.

There's a lot of cutting on those. Looks good.

Thanks Alan and Oscar. The Carvewright cut it all except for the border around the perimeter of the base. I have probably made about 20 of these over the past few years.

EDIT: I just counted. It's closer to 30.

Wow, I can't imagine making something so complex on the carvewright is it double sided?

No, it's just a one sided 2 piece project. The name and the base. I made the pattern for the name in Aspire but it could be done in the Designer also.

Every one has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.
