Unable to open database file unable to fetch results. Designer 3.102 Build 12440

It's been a while since I used designer just been busy. Today I tried to run the program and I get an Unable to open database file unable to fetch results. Then I get gui.exe stopped working etc etc. Any ideas.

This could be a file preview problem. Quickly go to the help menu and disable the file preview. (Mine is already disabled.)

I just figured it out. Had to delete previewCache file and then it loaded with no issues.

You may find the problem reoccurring if you do not disable the file preview. Eventually it will happen upon a file which screws it up again.
