    Default Flash card failure

    When I try to upload a project on the card I get { FLASH OPERATION FAILED ERROR CODE 1167} What does this mean

    Surprised that no one has offered any thoughts on this, I'm not familiar with that error code but you might try reformatting the card under the flash management option.

    In the past I have seen card failures related to SQUEEZING the card to pull it out of the machine... It eventually pushes the tin together shorting something.... at least that is the theory. I use tape on my cards leaving a handle to make it easier to pull out. I have never had a card failure.

    Look into the programmer and computer for any bent pins.

    Do you have any other cards or programmer to swap?

    Im not clear about defining the error description but I am using a Macbook Pro and found that one of the 2 USB ports caused the flash card drive to throw this code. find another USB port, plug in and reformat immediately. Hope this helps.
