routing an inverted curve

I didn't realize you wanted a trough. My example was just a pocket cut so I missed the point entirely.

That would be great, i do not have 3D yet. The poker chips come in 39 and 40mm. I am going to make for the 40mm so i am covered for both. The trough would have to be 4"L x 1 11/16"W x 3/4"D.
