Need a Domed Oval Pattern ASAP.

Does anyone have a pattern for a domed oval? I need it ASAP for a project that I am doing for a hurting family. They lost their little boy when his appendix ruptured.
I would really appreciate it if someone had a pattern that I could use. I don't even have the time to attempt to create a pattern or a Grayscale image.

The 3D add-on (purchased separately) allows you to puff. What size do you need? H-W & Height of dome
