I found out the problem, I was standing there at 96% of the carving , it had just finished the picture and the next pass was when it was suppose to go down to start the 1/8" feather at the bottom of the pattern coming up and that is when it happened. Do any of the litho carvers use a feather around the pattern.
My next one will be without a feather.
