3/8 Bit

Does anyone here have a photo of a 3/8" jointing bit? I am checking calibration on an "A" machine and it is asking to load this bit. As well, do they come with a 1/4" shank? Thank you

LHR does not sell one with a 1/4" shank but your hardware store does.

Thank you , do you happen to know if the length of the bit for this process matters?

I have used different length bits. I do not think the exact length matters.
