What would be the best way to carve this text?

You must not have deleted or hidden the original line art pattern. The extra time would be in carving the pattern with the carving bit?

I meant to update this sooner but been super busy. Thanks for all the help in figuring out the best way to carve the numbers on this sign. It came out great. Bit optimization-high, with a medium draft and obviously inverted text is what I ran.
