    Here is a quick video on how to build the Johnson sign in your picture. It's a little unrefined but should be informative enough to help.

    EDIT: In the video I forgot to set the bit optimization to best on the flag. It brings out the detail a little better

    Steve, Great video! I had not thought of using the sweep tool to "rout" the edge.. a real duh moment
