Great job on the album, Clint. I think it would be a big hit in the store. I know I would want one. One suggestion would be to make sure the cover could be modified to be custom to a particular customer or event. I could see a wedding picture engraved in the cover with the date, names etc....

The project is designed in 1.187, but using a pattern from 3 to get the "leather" texture behind the lettering front and spine. Any lettering using any font and any pattern can be added. uses only the 1/8" cutting bit and 1/16 carving bit. However in uses 1/2" boards, so a plainer may be needed. I did this in pine as you can see. I found 1/2" poplar at my lumber yard, Peterman Lumber in Fontana if you live around here. I have to do it again and take more pictures this time. There are tricky things gotta be done. But I will get it there. Also gotta post the Swimming Swan pattern.
