Have you looked in the Carvewright Pattern Depot? Just go to www.carvewright.com and click on "Shop"

Just use the spline tool. Change the line to to spline and play.

There are several free font web sites that may have what you are looking for. For example, visit dafont.com, and click on "Shapes" under "Dingbats".

Hi Chris; There are several ways I do that. If you have a Font Creator program. You could carve the image in "Centerline, Outline, or Raster" I also have a program called ShaderMap Pro. If you send me a "PM" with your e-mail I could give you more detail. You need to load the Font program on your computer to see the image.
