My front entrance has a step up that needs some dressing up. I am putting a piece of ash across the step. About 5 feet by 6 inches. I've been playing with different designs.

I think I have the final design (3d render visualization enclosed). Too lazy to go out in the heat today but maybe my weekend project for next week. Let me know what you guys think.

Who forgot to save the mpc before swapping out computers???!! answer: MEEE! lol

Thankfully I posted a picture so I could go back and recreate it. The pattern is a composite of 3 different models I've made in the past. The second version, I think, is slightly better since I took more care on the height levels of the models.

But it is now in the card and I should start carving in the next few hours (about 1.5 hour carve). Have to let the "little water" in me metabolize a bit (2 bloody Marys with breakfast).

My computer got back from repair this week and unfortunately they replaced the hard drive and motherboard. Had to contact tech support to de-register the computer so I could re-register it. Like always super fast. Thanks LHR tech support again!

...for folks that don't know "little water" in Russian is Vodka.
