It looks like something is loose. Check the bearing(s) on the Y truck. They could either be frozen up or loose and need tightened. There are other things that can cause the problem but it's where I would start looking first. It could also be that the Y belt needs re-tensioned.

I had that happen to me just a few weeks ago and I found that my bearings on the Y truck were indeed very loose. Once I got them tightened up I didn't have that problem for a couple weeks and it started again and had to tighten the bottom one again so now every time I carve I double check the bearings. Hope that helps.

The top of the picture, the edge of the Carve Region is very consistent... that tells me that left to right Y is GOOD... Otherwise it would be all choppy... So that leaves DEPTH and likely a rocking Z Truck due to a loose bearing.... Could even be a LOOSE Z Motor or a LOOSE Z Belt...

    Check the Y Bearings too...

Mark the bearing with a black marker and move the head up and down watching for a bearing that is not turning due to being loose or jammed with dust... the lower keypad side bearing would be my first choice as that one gets splattered with sawdust and wood pitch...
