Default Cutting out a pattern after a y axis stall.

Im in the middle of a big project of 3 carvings. I got two of them done and the third one was done carving when it told me to change to the cutting bit which I did. I pushed the button to resume cutting and I got a Y axis stall and the only option I got was to push stop. So my question is how do I get the carving cut out without having to use a saw of some sort.

    Thank You

You may be able to delete the pattern from the mpc leaving only the final cut-out. Upload just the cut-out and finish the job. Sometimes it is a little tricky re-measuring the board with the carving already done. Tape across and jog to touch might be required.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking but wasn't convinced that I was on the right track.

I have done this successfully by going back to the software and deleting all but the uncarved, rename it and save. Load new name in card. Make sure that you position board so that the measuring of the width is done on an uncut portion of the board.
Every one has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.

quick thought , don't delete your work, just "hide" everything but the cutpath. that way if it works, then just unhide the rest of the work on the same project.
    It works for me.

I have often wondered why it is that
Conservatives are called the "right" and Liberals are called the "left".
