Thread: 1/32 carving bits available anymore?

  1. Default 1/32 carving bits available anymore?

Did the 1/32 carving bits go away?

Under the SHOP link in the CW store I can't find any mention of it.

It is in a set of bits for $400. The part number of the bit is BCR03125P

Under the PRODUCTS link under BITS there is a description and a BUY NOW link that goes nowhere.

Is it discontinued? out of stock? anybody hear anything?

The BUY NOW link goes to a page that says "This product is unavailable or temporary disabled."

I would assume they are simply out of stock.

We sold out of them, but we do have more on order and will add back to the store once received.

I did find that the BUY NOW link leads to a page that says:

"This product is unavailable or temporary disabled."

It doesn't say it is "temporarily" "unavailable" and I don't know what "temporary disabled" means (if anything).

That's what made me ask the original question.

Are the 1/32 carving bits available anymore?

    Does anybody have any information?

Would be nice if the website could actually distinguish between out of stock and discontinued.

You're talking a lot of money here. Our store has customized features (licensing of e-goods), so it's not that easy to just switch to a new store. We would love to do it. Maybe one day.

We just introduced this bit and people love it so much we sold out. We are not discontinuing it.

It shouldn't cost anything. Don't think you need a new e-store provider.

Just leave the product up but change the text in the item description to reflect it's temporary status. At least then the product exists as an option. We could still read about it and budget to purchase when available.
Can't be too hard to edit the text of the description.

For instance...currently the rubber traction belts seem unavailable.
When trying to buy one we get this

    Like they don't exist.

obviously they are out of stock but I only know that from reading the forum discussions.

If you can't give us the part right now at least let us look at a picture of it with the specifications and price while we wait.

No cost and improved customer satisfaction.
