    Default Christmas present lithophane

This is a picture of my deceased father in law, picture was taken in 1958-59. He passed away in a 4wheeler accident right before last Christmas. It's my oldest son's favorite picture of his grandfather. It not a really good picture, did the best I could to clean it up before the carve. Found a frame at a hobby store today and wow it all fit. I love it when a plan comes together. Only my second lithophane

It's great to see more and more people making lithophanes. Especially when getting as good of results as yours. Your son will treasure it for years to come.
