I was under the gun to get a project done and 4 hours in the brushes on the cut motor went.

ID:	78500 I installed the new brushes but I didnt want to "AirCarve for 4 hours.
I opened up the carve file and I inserted a box over most of the image to the point where the carve stopped.I set the depth of cut to 0.000
I then reloaded the file on the CW. Just remember to use exactly the same settings you did the first time.

ID:	78501 You can see I left a little of the front of the carve exposed, This allowed me to make sure that the carve would sync on the other side before I got well into the carving
The 4 hours of air carving were eliminated.

ID:	78502 Unfortunately there was an offset of about 1/32 so it did leave a line which I sanded off and it blended in really well
