    Neat, a different round/shell. Hadn't actually seen one to be able to get the proportions. Didn't realize the actual 'bullet' was that large in comparison to the shell casing.

    Thanks again Oscar, I think these are the guns they now use out west in the mountians to help bring the snow hazards down in a controlled slide.

    Thanks gents. And your comments got me thinking so went back and looked. I referenced the wrong image. This is a M4 Howitzer round and not a M107. Same diameter but not sure on the shell size differences.

    I'm always amazed by the shading within many of the 'fun sculpts you've posted. Really appreciate them and enjoy the various places your imagination takes you.

    I wish I could take credit. From the 3d model, I am using the height data to create the height map. So just a few push buttons on the software.

    Carvewright designer can do it as well.

    lol It's getting there. The results are still a little primitive but a simple bunny should be doable today. Some programs can take text or 2d image and convert them to 3d models.
