    here is an option for you. I created in Word the text and took a screen shot of the text and imported that image into designer. In Word you are adjusting the text effects to get the outline shadow you want. Seems pretty simple and straight forward and should do what you are looking for. Let me know if this solves it for you. I've attached the mpc (ver 3.1) and the screen shot from word. If you want the word version IM me. I can't seem to upload a DOCX file.
