    AT&T is our provider. It is not a problem in our office.

    Just got back from lunch and they are up, again.

    Phones have been up for 2.5 hours and the ATT guy just got here to look at our phones.

    Can't keep their phones working and not very punctual.

    we can dump att and switch to comcast if this keeps up. supposedly we won't need all new equipment.

    At least there is a better chance that you are on newer equipment with Comcast, rather than traversing sections of ATT copper that are 100 years old!

    I use Comcast and they do great. Hope you switch soon.
