Looking for help with a PTN

Looking for this PTN I just want the surfboard not the design on the board I want a blank canvas.

I put it up on the board and the edges all the way around the board look jagged I'm afraid when I do the cutout it will cut that way.

Here is another variation. It took 3 times longer to prepare the files for posting on the forum than it did to create the pattern.
