    Default signs

Hi Guys, I am just wanting to know what you all recommend when doing letters (signs) for the depth. The designer automatically puts it at 0.125. Depending on the wood I use, I sometimes have a lot of clean up. I hated using popular wood as it took a lot of sanding with the mop around the letters. o I was wondering if I set the depth lower would I have less clean up around the letters?

Yes poplar does seem to require a bit more sanding because of the fuzzies, especially on the end grain.

Text depth and the amount of clean up is more dependent to the type of wood you are using and not the actual depth.
