    Default Sign lettering choppy

    I made this sign and to prevent what i thought was chipout. So i did bit optimization best and draft hi inthink that is the setting now it looks choopy. Also on another sign i set cut path for the circle but made two passes but did not cut all the way thru

    Given the background and the borders are relatively clean, Floyd's thoughts could be right on track.... Good catch

    i have still been experimenting with the fonts. I have tried different bit optimization and draft quality. the lettering is from a font on the computer rockwell but sill looks choppy not smooth what else can i try

    You might try adding a little draft to the font. The screen shot shows a small draft to the text on the right top, left bottom is no draft. this is the rockwell font.

    i have small daft on currently in the picture i showed. also bit optimization is on low. I am trying to get it smoothed out no marks on the letters from the bits. Could it be the font type iam using

    project designer 3 i bought not to long ago and having a real hard time figuring it all out
