    Default what is the T

    This something that I haven't seen before what does the T do and how do you control it ?

    The T stands for tangent. Double clicking (is one way) on a vertex toggles it between tangent and free. If it is free, the curves can come into the vertex from independent angles (can have a sharp corner). If it is tangent, the curves must match angles at the vertex (no corner).

    I have gotten rid of the tangent... the T but I'm wanting to connect the top of the circle with a line and the bottom to connect. As again Dan I thank you for the help !!

    You cannot really connect the top with the line. You cannot weld three curves together at a vertex. Use a snap grid and then you can have the points at at the same point on the grid even though they are not really connected. The snap grid is a powerful tool. Also use it to connect the points at the bottom.
