    I am sure its going to look great. I still would like to see a pic of the finished project. Also after seeing you plaque I had to get centerline add-on. That really tied it together. Again, nice job on the design.

    Here are pics of the final result. I added vector carves on the tires to create the illusion of wheels for more detail. It was carved on a nice piece of poplar I had, 12" wide and perfectly flat with some nice color. After clean up, I put a coat of poly on, but it didn't look good as the vehicles didn't "pop" out like I wanted. I went back and put a coat of golden pecan stain, a light color, which added just enough in some of the details to create shadows and make it pop a little better. Couple more coats of clear and it was done. I considered painting the lettering but I kind of liked the random burn marks left by the bit. I mailed it out yesterday, haven't heard from the customer yet but i'm sure he will love it. Thank you again for all the help with this, you guys are amazing!

    Great looking plaque. Awesome job. I am also sure he is going to love it.
