I need some help, I have tried to smooth out the rank and add height to the chevrons so they stand up more.

Tried doing it with Sculptor and it reverts back.

I have been asked to do a retirement plaque and this is giving me fits!

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks
