I didn't like the results I was getting out of my carve I tried to find the instuctions on the big carve that was easy to find before the web page was changed. Can someone help me find it. I thought I read that it leaves some left on to stay under the rollers.

I have never done that, so I do not know. What you are doing with the 0.00 side carve regions seems like it should work.

I found a way to do this and still have enough to to trim off to size.

I recommend that you use wider zero-depth rectangles top and bottom. I make lots of two-board projects and will leave 1". I fasten 1" boards to the edge of my project board to avoid waste; these can be reused many times.
