Thread: vertical lettering

  1. Default vertical lettering

    I need to carve no's and letters on a 4" x 4" post. house number and street name, except I do not see how to do this with software.
    Will I have to do it somewhere else & import, ie; I use CorelDraw x7.
    Any suggestion's from you great experts

    One character at a time and rotate and size each of them.

    Dan's suggestion is better!
    The only problem that I've had with that is lining-up different width letters and numbers.

    Just type the numbers, each followed by a carriage return. The rotate the whole thing 90

    Or make each letter a seperate item. Then position as needed.
    Favorite Saying.... "It's ALL About the Brass Roller"..... And "Use MASKING TAPE" for board skipping in the X or breaking bits.

    I just put in text applying the center on board and hit enter after each character, then select all and rotate
